Your tasks:

• Kundenbetreuung via Telefon und E-Mail
• You record the damage in the system and record all relevant information during the customer meeting
• Sie ergänzen die Systemdaten zum jeweiligen Projekt
• You take over the contact with other branches, with regard to data exchange

Your profile:

• Sie haben eine abgeschl. Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbares  
• Erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung oder Sachbearbeitung sind von Vorteil
• Confident handling of MS applications and modern office communication
• Friendly, professional and service-oriented communication, both written and spoken
