Your tasks:
- Telefonische Beratung von Kunden zu Verträgen und Mahnwesen
- Processing and implementation of contract amendments and processing in IT systems
- Checking and issuing repair approvals to contractual partners, policyholders and repair companies
- Investigation of the facts, examination of the insurance cover, clarification of the question of cover and liability
- Forwarding reports and inquiries to the relevant departments
- Arbeit im Schichtsystem in den Zeiten Montag Freitag 08:00 – 20:00 Uhr, gelegentlich samstags 10:00 – 16:00 Uhr
Your profile:
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der (telefonischen) Kundenbetreuung
- Berufs- und Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
- High service and customer orientation
- High communication skills
- Quick comprehension as well as a systematic and reliable way of working
- German language skills at native speaker level
