Your tasks:

  • Responsible management of the back office

  • Reliable preparation and follow-up of orders and their invoicing
  • Preparation of monthly payroll accounting and supervision of time recording
  • General secretarial tasks such as correspondence, travel organization and accounting

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector (m/f/d), e.g. office management assistant or office clerk
  • First professional experience not absolutely necessary
  • Confident handling of the common MS Office programs
  • Organizational talent, independent and conscientious way of working
  • You are reliable, team-oriented and enjoy taking on responsibility
  • Fluent written and spoken German and a good command of English are an advantage
  • Pleasant telephone voice and well-groomed appearance
  • Enjoy working in a team
