Your tasks:
- Responsible management of the back office
- Reception and courteous care of customers and visitors
- Service-oriented support for incoming calls
- Reliable preparation and follow-up of orders and their invoicing
- Preparation of monthly payroll accounting and supervision of time recording
- General secretarial tasks such as correspondence, travel organization and accounting
- Independent optimization of internal processes rounds off your work
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector (m/f/d), e.g. office management assistant or office clerk
- First professional experience not absolutely necessary
- Confident handling of the common MS Office programs
- Organizational talent, independent and conscientious way of working
- You are reliable, team-oriented and enjoy taking on responsibility
- Fluent written and spoken German and a good command of English are an advantage
- Pleasant telephone voice and well-groomed appearance
- Enjoy working in a team
