Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem großen und innovativen Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Sanierung und Restauration, suchen wir ab sofort und dauerhaft  Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Kundenbetreuung – Inbound!

Your tasks:

• Kundenbetreuung via Telefon und E-Mail
• You record the damage in the system and record all relevant information during the customer meeting
• You enter the data for the respective project
• You take over the contact with other branches, with regard to data exchange

Your profile:

• Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich 
• Experience in customer service 
• Confident handling of MS applications and modern office communication
• Friendly, professional and service-oriented communication, both written and spoken
• Very good written and spoken German
