On behalf of a customer from Offenbach for specialties for the national and international food industry, we are looking for an employee for the accounting department in part-time or half-day for direct employment.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Posting of accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices (domestic and foreign)
  • Processing the open item list (OPOS)
  • Cash accounting
  • Master data maintenance
  • Clarification of payment differences with representatives, customers and suppliers
  • Dunning run
  • Settlement and payment of commissions
  • Travel expense reports

What you bring with you:

  • Commercial training and/or several years of professional experience
  • Professional experience in accounting
  • Good legal and tax expertise
  • Language skills in German and English
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of numbers
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
  • User knowledge with SAP Business-One
