Your tasks:
- Selecting suppliers on the basis of quality, price, delivery time and service
- Monitoring compliance with delivery conditions
- Creating purchase orders and monitoring deliveries to ensure that goods and services are delivered within the agreed deadlines
- Verification of supplier invoices
- Identifying potential savings by negotiating more favorable prices and delivery conditions
- Management of supplier relationships
- Work with internal departments to ensure that the procurement of goods and services meets the needs of the business and that the availability of goods and services meets the needs of the business
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in purchasing or a similar position desirable
- Very good communication skills and confident dealing with suppliers
- Good organizational skills and structured way of working
- Confident handling of the common MS Office programs
- Ideally experience with ERP systems
- Ability to work in a team and initiative
