Your tasks:
- National and international procurement of services, materials, supplies and spare parts
- Supplier research and price research (online) for new articles
- Offer comparisons and evaluations
- Price negotiations, order entry and follow-up
- Preparation of transport documents incl. customs formalities
- Processing of insurance claims
- Checking incoming invoices
Your profile:
- Commercial vocational training with a good degree and several years of experience in purchasing/procurement or commercial degree
- Understanding of complex technical relationships
- Experience with international operational procurement and strategic sourcing
- Experience in negotiating prices and conditions
- Very good written & spoken English skills
- Advanced knowledge of customs clearance
