Your tasks:
- Processing of complaints
- Checking repair offers from suppliers and initiating repairs
- Supervision of the complete processes
- Preparation of analyses and evaluations in the context of complaints
- Mitarbeit im Kundendienst und verschiedene andere Fachabteilungen
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Reklamationsmanagement wäre wünschenswert
- You have an interest in technology
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good user knowledge of ERP systems such as NAV Dynamics / BC is an advantage
