Your tasks:

  • Processing of complaints
  • Checking repair offers from suppliers and initiating repairs  
  • Supervision of the complete processes
  • Preparation of analyses and evaluations in the context of complaints
  • Mitarbeit im Kundendienst und verschiedene andere Fachabteilungen

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Reklamationsmanagement wäre wünschenswert
  • You have an interest in technology
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good user knowledge of ERP systems such as NAV Dynamics / BC is an advantage
