Für einen Weltkonzern aus der Chemiebranche suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) am Standort Hanau.

Your area of responsibility:
- Bedienen einer Langdrehmaschine zur Herstellung von medizinischen Mikropräzissionsteilen
- Überprüfung der hergestellten Bauteile mittels Mikroskop (visuelle Prüfung), optischen Messgeräten (Vermessung),
- Dornprüfungen auf Mikrodimensionen (bis 0,1 mm)
- Tool change and precision alignment (~3µm) as well as parameter correction in the event of dimensional deviations
- Reading CNC programs for the very complex articles
- Implementation of minor adjustments or suggestions for improvement (productivity/stability/quality)
- Einbindung in die Fehlersuche bei Problemen
- kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprojekte und Ideenfindung
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or comparable training
- Mehrjährige Berufspraxis als Facharbeiter (m/w/d) mit CNC-Qualifizierung wünschenswert
- Comprehensive knowledge in the operation and programming adaptation of CNC machines
- Strong fine motor skills and initiative
- Ability to work in a team and a careful way of working
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift model
