For one of our clients, one of the top ten specialist logistics companies in the greater Cologne area, we are looking for you as a customer consultant (m/f/d) for logistics and forwarding services.

Your tasks:

• Processing of orders
• Disposition of incoming and outgoing goods
• Contact acceptance and data collection 
• Data master check and maintenance 
• Support with the testing of work processes
• General administrative activities

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent such as a degree or previous experience in the field of activity
• Good to very good knowledge of MS Office
• SAP (MM, SD) knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in W/S 
• Organized and structured way of working and enjoy working in a team
