Your tasks:
- Telefonische Beratung von Kunden zu Verträgen und Mahnwesen
- Processing and implementation of contract amendments and processing in IT systems
- Checking and issuing repair approvals to contractual partners, policyholders and repair companies
- Investigation of the facts, examination of the insurance cover, clarification of the question of cover and liability
- Forwarding reports and inquiries to the relevant departments
- Vertrieb unserer eigenen Produkte an Bestandskunden
- Arbeit im Schichtsystem in den Zeiten Montag Freitag 08:00 – 20:00 Uhr, gelegentlich samstags 10:00 – 16:00 Uhr
Your profile:
- Professional experience in telephone sales / customer service
- Career changers are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Quick comprehension and reliable way of working
- Team player
- Business fluent in German
