Your tasks:

• Gezielte Kundenberatung im Bezug auf diverse Produkte
• Kundenberatung auf Basis eines First-Level-Supports
• Service- und vermittlerorientierte Bearbeitung aller Anfragen unter Einhaltung der Service-Standards
• Telephone exchange
• Unterstützung bei weiteren anfallenden Aufgaben

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenberatung
• Very good knowledge of German
• Confident and correct appearance and good manners
• Very good MS Office skills
