Your tasks:

• Contact person for customers with regard to shipping processing
• Handling communication and correspondence with customs officials
• Customs and transportation handling
• Ensuring that goods are transported on time
• Preparation, documentation and archiving of all relevant papers for the export delivery
• Comprehensive export processing and coordination with authorities

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge of customs law
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• High service orientation and strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Enjoy working in a team
