Für unseren Kunden aus Sprendlingen suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter in der Buchhaltung (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Creating evaluations / statistics
• Preparation of the annual financial statements
• Support with all work required for the monthly financial statements
• Independent processing of financial accounting,
  Payroll accounting
• Monitoring of due dates, support for the preparation of liquidity planning
• Checking and posting incoming invoices
• Creating and posting outgoing invoices
• Implementation and monitoring of payment transactions and the associated dunning process
• Creation of payment plans
• Bank entries
• Cash accounting
• Processing and maintenance of accounts receivable, accounts payable and G/L accounts
• Coordination with tax consultants, insurance companies and banks  

Your profile:

• Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training or a degree, preferably with a focus on
  financial accounting and company taxes
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Confident MS-Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and DATEV knowledge (desirable)
• Strong communication skills, structured way of working
• Affinity for numbers
• Willingness to work in a team
• Independent, motivated, solution-oriented work
• Interest in digitalized work processes
