On behalf of a well-known logistics client from the Cologne region, we are looking for exactly you as a Sales Assistant (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Supporting logistics management with special projects
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Handling customer correspondence in German and English
• Quotation and order processing 
• Customer advice / service control center
• Preparation and service of/for meetings
• You manage the filing / archiving of documents

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have comparable experience 
• You have experience in the above-mentioned area 
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications
• You have a good to very good command of written and spoken German
• You are business fluent in English
