Your tasks:
- You will provide customer support by telephone and in writing
- You will be responsible for accepting and recording orders
- You will be responsible for scheduling so that all order-related matters can be dealt with on time
- You are the interface between customers and order-related departments such as warehouse and logistics
- You are also responsible for complaints management
- In Purchasing, you will be responsible for order control and recording goods movements
- You will also be responsible for maintaining supplier master data and coordinating delivery times
Your profile:
- You have a commercial qualification such as wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar.
- Initial professional experience from a comparable role is an advantage
- You should enjoy a communicative task
- sound knowledge of MS Office
