On behalf of a well-known customer from the Everswinkel region, we are looking for exactly you as an assistant (m/f/d) in It and digitization.

Your tasks:

  • Mitarbeit an Projekten bei Systemeinführungen- und Umstellungen
  • Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten bedingt durch neue Anforderungen und / oder technische Weiterentwicklungen
  • Administration of the systems (backup, maintenance)
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und internen Abläufen sowie Behebung eingehender Hard- und Softwarestörungen und deren Dokumentation
  • Schriftliche, telefonische und persönliche Unterstützung von 1st- und 2nd-Level Support
  • Active support for employees in dealing with IT applications
    Installation, configuration and administration of servers and applications

Your profile:

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor, Dipl. FH) in computer science or related subjects or completed training, e.g. as an IT specialist in the field of system integration or similar
  • First professional experience, preferably several years
  • Very good MS Office/PC skills
  • Experience in user support and assistance
  • Independent, solution-oriented way of working
  • Good knowledge of German (English desirable, not a requirement)
  • A quick grasp of things as well as team spirit and reliability round off your profile perfectly
