Your tasks:

• Sichtung, Pflege und Dokumentation von Vollmachten für Firmenkunden
• Erstellen von Kundenanschreiben unter Zuhilfenahme von Vorlagen
• Unterschriftenprüfung bei Kunden Rückantwort

Your profile:

• Commercial training, comparable qualification or alternatively experience in the commercial sector 
• Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
• Affinität zu EDV-Anwendungen und Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office
• Lösungs- und serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln
• Independent working style and high self-motivation
• Reliability, flexibility, ability to work in a team
