Your tasks:
- First point of contact for our customers
- Customer care and creating a pleasant customer relationship
- Constant comparison of current workshop capacity, maintenance of the scheduling system in coordination with the workshop manager and the service advisors
- Management of rental vehicles
- Operating the switchboard
- General administrative work
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Ideally, you have completed training as a certified automotive service assistant or have already gained initial experience in service assistance
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Confident and friendly interaction with customers
- Class 3/B driving license
- Car enthusiast
