Your tasks:

• Posting incoming invoices, goods receipts and invoice verification
• Account assignment of incoming invoices to G/L accounts or cost centers
• Preparation of payment runs
• Posting cash and travel expense reports
• Account clarification and reconciliation

Your profile:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnlich
• Idealerweise erste Buchhaltungsvorkenntnisse
• Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
• Gute Auffassungsgabe, Engagement und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
