Commercial clerk m/f/d in parts sales

Job description

On behalf of a well-known customer from the region, we are looking for exactly you as a Commercial Clerk (f/m/d) in Parts Sales.

We take care of your commute and cover the cost of the monthly ticket of €49.

Your area of responsibility:

• Processing orders and inquiries by telephone and e-mail 
• Internal and external invoicing
• Posting of incoming invoices
• Incoming and outgoing goods inspection
• Support with the identification of spare parts
• Ordering and purchasing spare parts

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
• Technical understanding in the automotive sector  
• Confident handling of merchandise management systems (knowledge of MS Dynamics desirable)
• Experience in the sale of spare parts, also in car dealerships
• Very good knowledge of German
• Knowledge of English desirable
• High customer orientation and good communication skills
