Your tasks:
- You will use your expertise to prepare and implement payroll accounting for salaried employees at our German locations
- They ensure optimum employee service by advising employees and managers on all tax and social security issues and on payroll accounting
- Maintaining master data and documents in SAP and the digital personnel file is just as much a part of your job as maintaining the time recording system
- You create contract amendments in the current employment relationship
- You ensure smooth certification and reporting processes and handle correspondence with health insurance funds, authorities and insurance companies
- You support us in preparing our monthly and annual financial statements and are the first point of contact for tax audits
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Payroll
- gute MS- OFFICE- Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
