On behalf of a well-known customer from the region Mannheim we are looking for you as a direct placement as.

Your tasks:
- Overseeing front and back office activities and implementing necessary improvements
- Implementing, in coordination with the Italian headquarters, the sales support reports and make it available to the relevant staff ( Generale Manager, Sales Manager, Area Managers, KAM).
- Coordinate, on the basis of the instructions received, the execution of customer analyses and any other ad hoc analysis for commercial support
- Ensure relations with the logistic company, check compliance with contractual deadlines an monitor errors, returns and material to be disposed of
- Prepare the reports and KPI`s defined with the General Manager
- Manage the dedicated back-office team
Your profile:
- Education in economics, statistics, customer relationship management
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role, managing a Customer Service team ( orders, deliveries, follow- up, claims, KPI`s ) in customer satisfaction- oriented companies
- Ability to work in a fast environment, analytical, pragmatic, good at problem solving and with decision making ability
- Organisational and planning skills as well as time management and relational intelligence
- Very good communication skills and consumer- centric behaviour (internal & external)
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
- Native German speaker, excellent knowledge of English and preferably very good knowledge of Italian
