• Office Management
• Appointment coordination
• Kommunikation mit internen Stellen
• Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten (bspw. Unterlagen prüfen, kopieren und sortieren, Datenpflege)

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten nach Vorgaben und Termin
• Organisationstalent und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Enjoy working in a team
