Your tasks:
Betreuer (m/w/d) haustechnischen Anlagen vor Ort mit den folgenden Aufgaben:
- Contact for customers
- Carrying out maintenance, inspections and servicing work
- Troubleshooting, fault rectification and repair
- Safety and functional checks
- Commissioning of systems and instructions
- Monitoring and controlling the services of external companies
- Creation of documentation and reports
- Aktualisierung technischer Unterlagen von Anlagen
Your profile:
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär (m/w/d), Gas- und Wasserinstallateur (m/w/d) oder Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer (m/w/d)
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Rufbereitschafts-diensten/Notdiensteinsätzen
- Confident handling of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Driving license class 3/B
- Independent way of working
- Enjoy working in a team
