Your area of responsibility:

• General maintenance and servicing work on buildings and technical systems
• Carrying out repairs in the areas of plumbing, heating and electricity
• Maintenance and monitoring of technical equipment and systems
• Coordination of external service providers and tradespeople
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

What you bring with you:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf
• First professional experience in building maintenance or as a building technician is an advantage
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Reliability, organizational talent and an independent way of working
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem und an Wochenenden
