Your area of responsibility:
- Personnel planning, recruitment, support and organization
- Advising managers on labor law and personnel-related issues
- Creation of works agreements
- Participation in / management of HR projects
- Trusting cooperation with the works council
- Assistance with payroll accounting
What you bring with you:
- First professional experience in human resources management
- Completed studies in the field of human resources, psychology, law or comparable training
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High degree of initiative, strong service mentality, confident demeanor, excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as persuasiveness
- A reliable, structured and independent way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English
