Your tasks:

• Operation of coating systems with preset parameters in three-shift operation
• Setting up the coating system according to specifications
• Viewing/managing order documents and production/inspection sequence plans
• Inspection of all parts to be coated before and after processing, including fault detection, analysis and elimination in cooperation with the plant managers
• Preparation and post-processing of the components to be coated
• Maintenance and servicing of the system in cooperation with the relevant maintenance departments in accordance with the maintenance plans
• Documentation of all work steps in the corresponding working papers
• Blocking of faulty parts and immediate notification of superiors and subcontractors
• All ancillary work involved in the production/coating process

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or comparable qualification/professional experience in the mechanical or metalworking sector
• Experience in machine and system operation
• Readiness for shift work (early, late and night shift)
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Accuracy
• Good written and spoken German
