Your area of responsibility:
- Notification of boxes ready for dispatch to forwarding agents
- Preparation of shipping advices, export accompanying documents and bills of lading
- Processing customer orders according to specifications
- Communication with customers and service providers
- Checking the hazardous goods packaging
- Data entry in SAP and web applications
What you bring with you:
- Commercial training, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
- Experience in the forwarding or logistics environment
- Ideally knowledge of customs clearance
- Knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to work in three shifts and at weekends
