On behalf of a well-known client from the Stadtallendorf region, we are looking for you as Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in the Personnel Service Center.

Your area of responsibility:
- Issue-specific and proactive support for managers, e.g. in dealing with absences, remuneration, working hours and personnel changes
- Identifying strategic HR topics and designing appropriate measures together with the specialist departments
- Supporting organizational development processes and personnel development topics in the department
- Advice and support in complex employment law incidents in the specialist area
- Further development, management and implementation of relevant HR processes
- Driving forward change and digitalization topics within the HR department
- Ensuring future-oriented personnel planning and the independent derivation of measures
What you bring with you:
- Completed studies with a focus on (business) psychology, business administration or economics with a focus on human resources
- Experience in strategic HR work and advising managers in a comparable position, e.g. as HR manager or personnel officer (m/f/d)
- Application knowledge of management and motivation models, personnel development tools and ideally application knowledge of the M+E collective agreements in Hesse
- Several years of experience in project and change management
- Communication skills and the ability to lead challenging conversations
