Your tasks:

  • Preparation of personnel documents, e.g. employment contracts, references, certificates
  • Support with personnel transaction activities (onboarding, promotions, terminations)
  • Maintenance and support of data in Workday (ATS)
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • Organization of trainings

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of relevant experience in human resources
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Good written and spoken English skills
