Your tasks:
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on various buildings and systems
- Checking and maintaining technical equipment
- Carrying out minor repairs
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Ensuring the functionality of all relevant facilities
- Creation of service reports and documentation
- On-site customer support and assistance with technical queries
Your profile:
- Practical experience in facility management
- Class B driver's license is mandatory
- Willingness to travel for assignments throughout Germany from Monday to Friday (hotel accommodation and meals are covered)
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working and high self-motivation
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Good written and spoken German
