Your tasks:

• Supporting project management in the conception, project planning and implementation of digital and physical trade fair appearances
• Target group-oriented customer discussions at trade fair stands and know-how communication measures in other channels
• Supporting the project management in preparing deadlines and creating decision papers (workshops, kick-offs, etc.)
• Research work
• Planning and preparation of meetings
• Creation of protocols
• Initiating orders and checking invoices 

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training in the field of live communication, trade fairs, events
• Distinct customer orientation
• Resilience and high level of commitment
• Independent and solution-oriented work
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
