Your tasks:

• Support for national and international customers
• Responsibility for the support of a major customer
• Scheduling and timely, customs-compliant and logistical processing of orders worldwide
• Processing of shipments, including preparation of freight and customs documents
• Processing of complaints
• Communication with customers and forwarding agents
• Maintenance of the supplier portal
• Support in dunning and accounting
• Congestion management

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of experience in logistics or forwarding
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in customs clearance
• Good written and spoken English skills
• High resilience and strong ability to prioritize tasks
