• Umsetzung der individuellen Pflegepläne
• Unterstützung bei Alltagsaktivitäten
• Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
• Documentation of care services

Your profile:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z.B. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in)
• Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Enjoy dealing with people
