Your tasks:

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable in Datev
• Close coordination with the tax office
• Clarification of the OP list
• Creating direct debits and importing account statements
• Travel expense processing
• Creation of invoices and credit notes, invoice verification and reversals
• Completion of the bookkeeping according to the tax office
• Preparation of the liquidity plan
• Payment of wages and salaries

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training, further training in financial accounting
• Relevant professional experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of Datev, good knowledge of MS Office
• Reliability, solution orientation and affinity for numbers
• Team player with commitment
