Your tasks:

• Verification of forwarding invoices
• Preparation of acceptance test certificates 3.1
• Preparation of export declarations via Atlas and creation and filing of all necessary export documents
• Performing the sanctions list check in accordance with the BEO standard and manually
• Requesting and maintaining LLE from suppliers in the system
• Preparation, query and transmission of the Intrastat declaration via IDEV
• Preparation of supplier declarations

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in logistics, customs or export 
• Sound knowledge of export and customs regulations, in particular in the preparation of export documents and the handling of customs processes
• Experience with the customs software IDEV and Intrastat declaration
• Independent and precise way of working
