Your tasks:

• Allgemeine Büroorganisation (Post, Telefon, Ablage)
• Unterstützung bei der Auftragsbearbeitung
• Bearbeitung von Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen
• Pflege von Stammdaten in unserem System
• Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten per E-Mail oder Telefon

Your profile:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrung im Bürobereich
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Careful and reliable way of working
• Enjoy working in a team
