Your tasks:

✅ Independent responsibility for all business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting for the assigned companies/brands

✅ Monitoring of open item lists and dunning runs and creation of reminders

✅ Processing the monthly advance VAT return and ensuring correct submission

✅ Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in close cooperation with the finance team

Your profile:

✅ Completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk (m/f/d)

✅ Confident handling of accounting software, ideally DATEV

✅ Good IT skills for efficient processing of tasks

✅ Experience in payroll accounting and the preparation of monthly statements for employees
