Your area of responsibility:
- Management, motivation and supervision of approx. 20 employees
- Ensuring production in terms of deadlines, quantity and quality, including personnel deployment planning
- Fulfillment of daily KPIs in compliance with product- and quality-specific parameters
- Conducting employee appraisals and performance reviews
- Deciding on and implementing individual personnel measures in cooperation with HR
- Ensuring and maintaining quality and hygiene standards as well as internal guidelines
- Logging and documentation of the technological processes in the shift
- Constructive support in the optimization of internal processes
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed training in the food industry as well as comparable training professions or further training, master craftsman apprenticeship, subject-specific studies
- First professional experience with management experience in industrial production (at least 3 years), ideally in food production
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, SAP desirable
- a high degree of responsibility, assertiveness and reliability
- German language spoken and written (C1)
- Willingness for shift work (3 and 4-shift system)
- Own car to reach the place of work is mandatory
