Your area of responsibility:

• Ensuring the work capability of our customers' employees with regard to the cross-organizational processing of user inquiries
• Final processing of incidents in Service Now
• Collaboration in our customers' projects
• Taking on special tasks within the division

What you bring with you:

• a commercial apprenticeship
• Experience in the area of support/user help desk
• Extensive experience with MS Windows, MS Office and ticket systems (Service Now)
• High customer and service orientation, independent working style
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• German language spoken and written (B2)
