Your tasks:

• Recruitment of specialists and managers for the area to be supported (greater Erfurt/ Arnstadt/ Kölleda area) as well as cross-location participation in recruiting projects
• Tackle tasks:Design and placement of job advertisements on job exchanges, relevant specialist forums and social media platforms, pre-selection of applicants
• Conducting telephone interviews and job interviews, supporting the selection process
• Identification of candidate profiles in social networks and specialist forums
• Direct approach
• Development and implementation of innovative, target group-specific recruitment strategies as well as personnel marketing and employer branding measures for commercial and technical target groups
• Active consulting and support of the locations in the search for candidates as well as participation in job fairs and representation of the company at recruiting and networking events

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in recruiting, ideally of industrial and technical specialists
• In dealing with various recruiting channels and social media platforms as well as experience in active sourcin
• Attractive personality, appreciative interaction and communication style, wealth of ideas, strong service orientation, independent working style, high flexibility and team spirit, enthusiasm
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the area to be supervised and to a lesser extent within Germany
