Your area of responsibility:

• Eigenverantwortliche Inspektionen, Wartungen und Prüfungen von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen (z.B.: Heizung / Klima / Lüftung / Sanitär)
• Customer-oriented troubleshooting
• Proactive repair and maintenance
• Support and assistance with the customer's technical operations
• Digital documentation of activities carried out via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)
• On-call service

What you bring with you:

• Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker HKLS, Mechatroniker Kältetechnik,  Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer, Gas- und Wasserinstallateur (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• German language skills at least level B2
• Driving license class B mandatory
• Serviceorientiertes Auftreten, Verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
