Your tasks:
- Monitoring of sales targets
- Strategic development of a sales strategy
- Active cooperation in sales
- Management, establishment and further development of the sales team (3-4 sales employees and 2 office/back office employees)
- Report to the Executive Board
- Close cooperation with marketing
- Business development/further development of the international sales network (DACH, Benelux, France, Scandinavia, Italy and Spain)
- Contact person/establishment of existing and new sales partners
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or studies
- First or several years of professional experience in sales management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Very good knowledge of German and English
