Your tasks:

  • Preparation of quotations, order confirmations and invoices as well as order-related customer correspondence
  • Communication with customers and suppliers
  • Clarification of problem cases and open positions
  • Organization of the freight and delivery process
  • Link between the specialist department and production
  • General administrative activities

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Quick comprehension and ability to think in a networked and complex way
  • Independent, careful and reliable way of working
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and organizational talent
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system
