On behalf of a well-known customer from the region, we are looking for exactly you 

as a purchasing clerk ( m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Processing incoming orders including ordering the corresponding raw materials
• Organization and processing of outgoing goods
• Complaints processing (suppliers and customers)
• Monitoring maintenance plans for machinery and technical equipment
• Telephone contact for our customers

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training - ideally experience with freight forwarding/dispatch business
• Confident handling of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with our proprietary programs
• Responsible, reliable, quick on the uptake, team player and flexible
