For our well-known client in the Offenburg area, we are looking for several part-time telephone sales representatives (m/f/d) with the option of working from home.

We are looking for dedicated call center agents (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

In this position, you will be the link between our company and our customers. Your main task will be to provide excellent customer service and process inquiries professionally.

Your tasks:

• Answering incoming calls
• Telephone conversations with regular and new customers
• Advising customers on products, premiums and services
• Documentation of calls in the system

Your profile:

• Career changers are very welcome
• Good communication skills in German, other language skills are an advantage
• High degree of empathy
• Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement
