Your tasks:
- Planning and coordination of transportation
- Preparation of offers and orders
- Monitoring shipments until delivery
- Communication with customers, service providers and authorities
- Managing stock levels and carrying out stock checks
- Processing of complaints and claims
Your profile:
- Completed training as a forwarding agent or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in freight forwarding or logistics is desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and experience with common forwarding software
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
- Independent working style and flexibility
