Your tasks:
- Carrying out fault analyses and repairs on production tools
- Optimization and adaptation of tools according to specifications and technical drawings
- Quality control and ensuring the functionality and precision of the tools
- Documentation of work processes and maintenance measures
- Close cooperation with production and specialist departments to improve tools and processes
- Adjusting and setting up machines for production
Your profile:
- Completed training as a tool mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge in the manufacture and maintenance of tools as well as in fault analysis and rectification
- Experience in working with CNC-controlled machines and reading drawings
