Your area of responsibility:

• Preparation of warehouse orders, forwarding to
  warehouse employees and tracking the processing status
• Initial telephone or e-mail contact for problems and
  questions as well as initial contact on site for drivers
• Delegating, following up and responding to customer inquiries
• Incoming and outgoing bookings in the in-house
  warehouse management system 
• Archiving of shipping documents
• Participation in regular stock checks/inventories
• Various administrative tasks

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a forwarding agent or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of warehousing and logistics
• Good organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills in German;
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
